  • 125 g Icing sugar
  • 800 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 7-10 Tbsp yellow, red and green food colouring
  • 7-10 Tbsp some cloves
  • 3-4 green spaghetti
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cocoa powder

    Sieve the icing sugar onto a work surface and knead well with the raw marzipan mixture. Colour about 1/3 of the mass with yellow food colouring and orange 1/3 by mixing the yellow and red colour. Halve the remaining third and colour green and red. Now shape fruits like bananas, peaches, apricots, pears, apples, lemons or cherries as you like. As blossoms or stem attach cloves or green spaghetti into the fruits.

    So that the fruits still get red cheeks, mix some red food colouring in a little water and paint the fruits with a brush. For the brown colour, for example for the bananas, mix some cocoa with a little water. From the green marzipan you can also form some leaves as you like. Let the fruits dry well before packing
