Marinated strawberries with mascarpone cream

For this quick dessert, strawberries are first refined marinated and then layered in glasses with macarpone cream.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 6 Stem(s) Lemon balm
  • 10 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few drops of balsamic cream

Directions

    Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Wash lemon balm, shake dry. Pluck the leaves from the stalks, except for something to decorate, and cut into strips. Mix the lemon balm, 4 tablespoons of sugar and vinegar.

    Marinate the strawberries in it. Mix mascarpone, milk, lime juice and 6 tablespoons of sugar. Layer cream and strawberries alternately in glasses. Decorate with the rest of lemon balm and possibly balsamic cream.
