Marinated steak bites

Ingredients

  • 1 piece(s) Ginger (about 4 cm long)
  • 1 collar Coriander
  • 150 ml Soy sauce
  • 750 g Beef steaks (e.g. from the loin)
  • 1 red onion
  • 250 g white radish
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 2 red chillies
  • 1 Pizza dough bag
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Wood Sticks

Directions

    Peel and finely grate the ginger. Wash the coriander, dab dry, put some aside for garnishing, chop the rest finely. Mix soy sauce with ginger and coriander. Wash the meat and dab dry, cut into large cubes. Drizzle the steak cubes with half of the soy sauce, cover and chill for about 1 hour. Peel onion and cut into fine rings.

    Wash, peel and finely grate the radish. Wash lemon, peel peel with a zest ripper. Clean and wash the chilli and cut into fine rings. Mix everything with the remaining soy sauce. Put the pizza dough mixture into a bowl, add 125 ml of lukewarm water. Knead to a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Roll out to a thickness of about 1 cm on a floured work surface. Cut the dough sheet into strips about 1 cm wide. Wrap 2 strips of dough around 4 clean sticks and press them on. Bake the bread on a hot grill for about 15 minutes. Drain the steak cubes.

    Knead to a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Roll out to a thickness of about 1 cm on a floured work surface. Cut the dough sheet into strips about 1 cm wide. Wrap 2 strips of dough around 4 clean sticks and press them on. Bake the bread on a hot grill for about 15 minutes. Drain the steak cubes. Grill over the hot grill while turning for 6-8 minutes. Put the steaks on a plate. Spread the rest of the soy sauce mixture over it. Season with pepper and sprinkle with coriander. Serve with bread on the stick
