Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 stem(s) Basil
  • 1 Stalk of rosemary and sage
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 4 Neck steaks (à approx. 175 g)
  • 250 g Courgette
  • 400 g Corn cob (canned)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 200 ml Salsa seasoning sauce

Directions

    Wash and chop the herbs. Mix with oil and lemon juice. Wash steaks and pat dry. Clean and wash the zucchini and cut them into thick pieces. Cut the corn into pieces as well. Sprinkle prepared ingredients with the marinade. Cover and leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes.

    Then cook the steaks on the hot grill for about 10 minutes, the vegetables for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. For the sauce, peel and finely dice the onion. Wash, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Refine salsa with tomato and onion cubes and serve with meat and vegetables
