Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half or quarters depending on size. Peel onion and cut into fine strips. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper, fold in 3 tablespoons of oil. Mix vinaigrette, tomatoes, onions and mozzarella balls.
Fry the sausages on the hot grill (or possibly in a large pan in 2 tablespoons of hot oil) for approx. 8 minutes on all sides. In the meantime, clean, wash and drain the salad, if necessary pluck smaller. Chop the nuts.
Mix with salt, pepper, 1 pinch of paprika and 1⁄2 TL coriander.
Fold the salad into the tomato salad and serve with the sausages. Sprinkle with the nut and spice mixture. Flat bread tastes good with it - also briefly grilled if desired.
