  • 2 TABLESPOONS hulled sesame seed
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 2-3 stem(s) Lemon balm
  • 1 TEASPOON Cumin
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey

Directions

    Roast sesame seeds in a pan without oil until golden brown. Let it cool down on a flat plate. Wash lemon hot, grate dry and cut into slices. Wash lemon balm, dab dry and remove leaves. Crush the caraway slightly with a mortar or the bottom of a pot. Mix oil, honey, lemon wedges, sesame, lemon balm leaves and caraway.
