  • 4 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 1/4 collar flat leaf parsley
  • 1 TEASPOON white peppercorns
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Mustard
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Horseradish (glass)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

    Wash herbs, shake dry. Remove the thyme leaves. Chop herbs finely. Coarsely crush pepper with a mortar or the bottom of a pot. Mix mustard, sugar, horseradish, vinegar, olive oil, herbs and pepper
