Ingredients

  • 3-4 Stem(s) Coriander
  • 2 Chillies
  • 1 TABLESPOON black peppercorns
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Rose peppers

Directions

    Wash coriander, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stems. Coarsely chop the leaves. Wash chillies, grate dry, clean and cut into fine rings. Coarsely crush the pepper in a mortar or with the bottom of a pot. Mix oil, paprika powder, coriander, chilli and pepper
