Ingredients

  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Shallots
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 200 ml Red wine
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

    Press the garlic with the bottom of the pot. Peel and roughly dice the shallots. Wash the thyme and shake dry. Mix red wine with garlic, shallots, thyme and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper
