Mallorcan tuna salad (Ensalada de Tonyina)

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs (size M)
  • 3 Heads Mini Romaine lettuce
  • 3 Carrots
  • 0?$? ripe tomatoes
  • 3 tin(s) (185 g each) Tuna in Lake
  • 4 red onions
  • 100 g Olives with stone (e.g. Kalamata)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Capers
  • 1 large lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-8 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Boil eggs in boiling water for about 10 minutes until hard, rinse in cold water, peel and cut into pieces. Clean and wash the salad, pluck into bite-sized pieces and drain. Peel, wash and grate carrots. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes.

    Drain tuna, pluck finely. Peel and finely dice onions. Drain the olives. Put the prepared ingredients with the capers in a large bowl

    Halve lemon, squeeze juice, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil. Add the vinaigrette to the salad, carefully mix everything together, season again and serve. Bread tastes good with it
