Rice salad with turkey strips

Ingredients

  • 100 g Wholemeal rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 (à 100 g) Turkey escalope
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sunflower oil
  • 2 packages (100 g each) Blattsalat "Bieta Rossa-Mix
  • 1 package (250 ml) French dressing

Directions

    Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Wash the meat, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Fry meat for 6-8 minutes, turning.

    Remove and let it rest. Pour rice into a sieve and rinse briefly with cold water. Mix rice and salad carefully. Cut meat into slices. Arrange salad-rice mixture and meat on plates.

    Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with pepper.
