Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Wash the meat, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Fry meat for 6-8 minutes, turning.
Remove and let it rest. Pour rice into a sieve and rinse briefly with cold water. Mix rice and salad carefully. Cut meat into slices. Arrange salad-rice mixture and meat on plates.
Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with pepper.
