Macaroni with broccoli-parsley sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 400 g "Macaroni 75" Nudeln (Buitoni)
  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 5 red peppers (a.d. glass)
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 75 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parmesan slicer

    Clean and wash the broccoli, cut off the florets and cut the stalk into thin slices. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Put maccheroni in boiling salted water and cook for about 9 minutes. In the meantime clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel garlic and chop finely. Cut 3 peppers into rings. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely.

    Pour broccoli on a sieve, drain well. Pour the pasta onto a sieve, rinse and drain well. Heat olive oil in a pan, fry garlic, tomatoes and pepper rings. Add broccoli, maccheroni and parsley and heat. Add parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the maccheroni with broccoli and parsley sauce in a bowl and serve garnished with a parmesan slicer and the remaining peppers.
