Wash the chives and, except for a little bit for garnishing, cut into fine rolls. Wash, quarter and seed the tomato. Cut the flesh into small cubes
Mix liver sausage, chives and cream to a smooth cream. Season to taste with pepper
Cut the bread roll into 4 longish slices. Fry in a pan in hot oil on each side
Clean, wash, drain and possibly pluck the rocket. Cover bread slices with rocket. Form cams from the liver sausage cream with 2 tablespoons and place them on the bread chips. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and the rest chives
