Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Clean and wash the leek and cut into fine rings. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Heat the oil in a large pan.
Fry the bacon in it. Add mushrooms and leek and fry for 2-3 minutes. Drain noodles, drain and fold in. Mix cream, 50 g parmesan and egg yolks. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over the noodles, fold in and let stand briefly while stirring.
Arrange on plates, sprinkle with 25 g parmesan.
