Ingredients

  • 2 Cooking bag (à 125 g) parboiled top quality long grain rice (8 minutes)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 Courgettes (about 200 g each)
  • 1/4 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 package (25 g) frozen onion-garlic mix
  • 1/2 packet (25 g) frozen dill
  • 1 (50 g) Corner Cream- Processed Cheese Preparation
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill and dill flowers

Directions

    Place the cooking bag in boiling salted water and cook over low heat for 7-8 minutes. In the meantime, heat oil in a pan and fry the minced meat for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

    Clean, wash and cut the zucchini into pieces. Add to the mince and fry for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with broth and bring to the boil. Add onion-garlic mixture, dill and soft cheese and stir in.

    Take the rice out of the cooking bags, add it to the mincing pan and fold it in. Season to taste again and serve garnished with dill and dill blossoms as desired.
