Wash the asparagus, cut off the ends. Cut the stalks smaller. Wash the lime and grate the peel finely. Squeeze the lime. Peel and chop garlic. Wash sage, dab dry, remove leaves.
Fry the gnocchi in clarified butter, remove. Fry the asparagus in the cooking fat for 6-8 minutes. Fry garlic and sage briefly. Add gnocchi, warm up. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, lime zest and juice.
Slice Parmesan cheese over it.
