Light farmer pan with turkey strips

Ingredients

  • 2 Turkey escalope (approx. 300 g)
  • 350 g Potatoes
  • 1 TEASPOON + 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 50 g diced lean ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 1 Onion
  • 250 g Brussels sprouts

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. ##Peel and wash potatoes## and cut into cubes. Heat 1 tsp. oil in a pan with lid. Brown the ham in it. Add meat and fry everything while turning for 3-4 minutes.

    Season with salt and ##pepper## and take out.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the frying fat. Add the potatoes and fry them with lid for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Then fry without the lid for another 10 minutes, turning from time to time. ##Peel and finely dice the onion and fry for the last 2 minutes.

    In the meantime, clean and wash the Brussels sprouts and carefully remove the leaves one by one. Fold the brussels sprout leaves, ham and turkey strips into the potatoes and fry for another 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
