Light cheese-sausage salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Lettuce
  • 150 g calorie-reduced
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pork sausage
  • 1 thick slice of Gouda-
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cheese
  • 1 medium onion
  • 5-6 Radishes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 pinch sugar, 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 collar Chives

Directions

    Clean the salad, wash and drain well. Then pluck into bite-sized pieces. Remove sausage from skin and cut into cubes. Dice the cheese as well. Peel onion and cut into rings. Clean and wash the radishes and cut them into sticks

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil well. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Add to the marinade except for a little bit for sprinkling

    Mix lettuce, sausage, cheese, onion, radish and marinade. Arrange everything on plates and sprinkle with the remaining chives

    Other lettuces are also ideal for this salad: it is particularly crisp with iceberg lettuce or slightly tart with frisée lettuce. The starter gets a piquant note with 2-3 small gherkins or mustard gherkins, which are mixed in slices
