Light basil pesto with pasta

Ingredients

  • 65 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 120 g red pepper
  • 50 g Turkey Breast
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Pot of basil
  • 2 teaspoons (5 g each) Olive oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few drops of vinegar

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, clean and wash the peppers and cut them into fine strips. Wash turkey breast, dab dry, cut into small cubes. Peel garlic, press through a garlic press. Wash basil, shake dry. Put some basil leaves aside. Puree the rest of the basil, garlic, 1 teaspoon of oil and broth.

    Season with salt, pepper and vinegar. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Fry turkey cubes and peppers in it for about 2 minutes at high heat. Season with salt and pepper. Add spaghetti and toss. Stir in pesto and retained leaves, season to taste again and serve
