  • 250 g soft butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated rind of 1 untreated lemon
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Knead butter, lemon peel and juice as well as salt and coarse pepper. Put butter on a piece of aluminium foil, form into a roll and chill for at least 2 hours. Cut the roll into slices and cut out Easter motifs (e.g. rabbits) from the butter valleys as desired
