Lemon curd filling with berries

  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 500 g Cream curd
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1/2 Pot of lemon balm
  • 400 g mixed berries

Directions

    Peel off the lemon rind with a Julienneenne lime zest strip. Halve the lemon and squeeze it. Mix quark, 4 tablespoons lemon juice and sugar. Pluck the lemon balm leaves from the stalks, place them on top of each other and cut into fine strips.

    Stir carefully under the quark. Wash the berries, dab dry and divide half of them into four hips. Add the quark and decorate with the remaining berries and lemon julienne.
