Drain the artichoke hearts. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into pieces of about 3 cm. Take the pizza dough out of the package, unroll it at the cutting point and cut it into 2 pieces of equal length. Place the pieces slightly overlapping on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Tap the edges inwards slightly so that there is a small rim all around. Halve the turkey breast slices and artichoke hearts and spread on the pizza dough with the olives and spring onion pieces.
Season ingredients with salt and pepper. Mix gorgonzola, milk and orange juice. Spread the cream over the pizza. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200°C/ gas: level 3) for about 25 minutes. Wash the thyme and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Sprinkle orange pepper and thyme over the pizza and serve
