Lemon cream with pickled raspberries

Ingredients

  • 300 g Raspberries
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Currant liqueur (crème de cassis)
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 1 pack of Cream powder "lemon flavor"
  • 1 TABLESPOON Milk chocolate flakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm and lemon corners

    Select the raspberries and put four raspberries aside for decoration. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and drizzle with liqueur. Pour the milk into a mixing bowl, add cream powder, whisk with the whisk of the hand mixer and beat for another 3 minutes at highest speed until creamy. Pour the soaked raspberries into dessert glasses, add lemon cream and decorate with remaining raspberries. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and serve decorated with lemon balm and lemon wedges
