Ingredients

  • 2 red onions
  • 1 potty Thyme
  • 2 sour apples
  • 250 g Pork flare-ups
  • 500 g Goose fat
  • 7-10 Tbsp colored ground pepper

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onions. Wash thyme, dab dry, pluck leaves from the stems and chop. Wash and quarter apples, remove core. Cut the fruit flesh into pieces. Dice the flomen and melt them in the pot. Add lard, melt in it and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add prepared ingredients after 5 minutes. Season with pepper. Fill into bowls and chill
