Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON (20 g) Almond slivers
  • 150 g green and blue
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grapes
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 150 g stiff acid
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cream or cream yoghurt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lime or
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm for
  • 7-10 Tbsp Decorate

Directions

    Roast almond slivers in a coated pan without fat until golden brown. Take them out immediately so that they do not get too dark

    Wash the grapes, drain well and pluck them from the stalks. Halve the grapes and possibly remove the seeds

  3. 3

    Mix cream cheese, cream and milk until smooth. Season to taste with sugar, vanillin sugar and lime juice

    Layer the grapes and cream cheese cream in four dessert glasses or bowls. Sprinkle with almond slivers and possibly decorate with lemon balm

    - To remove the seeds, it is best to cut the grapes lengthwise. This way you can easily remove the seeds from the pulp with a small knife

  6. 6

    - To refine the dessert: marinate the halved grapes additionally with 3 tablespoons of grappa or white rum
