Lamb's lettuce with pear and gorgonzola

Ingredients

  • 200 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 75 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON Nut oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON white balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cranberries (glass)
  • 1 (150 g) Pear
  • 2 Wholemeal roll

Directions

    Clean and wash the salad. Crumble the gorgonzola roughly. Mix oil, vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water well. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Add cranberries. Quarter pears, remove seeds and cut into thin slices.

    Mix salad, vinaigrette, pear wedges and cheese. Add the bread rolls.
