Kohlrabi pot with meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 small kohlrabi
  • 1 medium-sized carrot
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 50 g Mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 50 g Beefsteak mince (Tatar)
  • 1 teaspoon (10 g) Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 100 ml low-fat milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sauce thickener

Directions

    Peel, wash and cut the kohlrabi and carrot into pieces. Steam them covered in 1/8 l lightly salted water for about 12 minutes. Clean the mushrooms, wash if necessary, halve or quarter

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead minced meat, curd and onion. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Form about 6 balls. Fry in hot oil for about 8 minutes until brown all around. Take out

    Fry the mushrooms in hot frying fat for 2-3 minutes. Drain the vegetables, catching the stock

    Deglaze mushrooms with stock and milk, bring to the boil. Thicken the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat vegetables and meatballs in it

    If you don't want meat, you can also exchange the meatballs for a boiled egg (size S). Then the kohlrabi pot has 1 1 g fat, but only 270 calories
