Spareribs with chilli-pepper-spicy sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Spareribs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 6 orange peppers
  • 2 Chillies
  • 1 Panicle green pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lamb's lettuce and herb flat bread to taste

Directions

    Wash spare ribs, dab dry and season with salt. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Finely chop 1 pepperoni, chillies and peppercorns. Mix with olive oil and ketchup.

    Brush the spare ribs with it. Place the remaining peppers and spare ribs on a baking tray. Cook in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Serve with lamb's lettuce and herb patties to taste
