Wash spare ribs, dab dry and season with salt. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Finely chop 1 pepperoni, chillies and peppercorns. Mix with olive oil and ketchup.
Brush the spare ribs with it. Place the remaining peppers and spare ribs on a baking tray. Cook in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Serve with lamb's lettuce and herb patties to taste
