  • 400 g Savoy cabbage
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 50 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 1 collar Marjoram
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 400 g Pork sausage
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 1 TEASPOON Cornstarch
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 washer Toast
  • 50 g Breakfast bacon in slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Clean, halve and wash the savoy cabbage, cut the cabbage into fine strips. Peel and finely chop the onions. Heat 25 g fat in a pot and fry half of the onions in it. Add the savoy cabbage and 3-4 tablespoons of water, braise for 5-8 minutes at medium heat, turning frequently. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Wash the marjoram, dab dry, put something aside for garnishing, chop the rest finely.

    Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the remaining onion. Add ground pork and fry. Stir in tomato paste and marjoram, season with pepper. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut or slice them thinly. Grease a round dish (tart or pizza dish; bottom 26 cm Ø, top 28 cm Ø; 1 1/2 litre capacity). Put half of the potato slices into the form. Spread the ground pork and savoy cabbage on top. Spread the rest of the potato slices on top. Mix starch with milk until smooth, stir in cream and egg. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour evenly over the casserole. Crumble the bread in the universal chopper.

Fry bacon crisply in a pan without fat. Spread the bacon slices and strips on the casserole. Garnish with marjoram

Cut bacon into strips except for 1-2 slices. Fry bacon crisply in a pan without fat. Spread the bacon slices and strips on the casserole. Garnish with marjoram
