Baked potato with radish quark

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes (about 400 g each)
  • 400 g Radishes
  • 150 g Gherkins
  • 500 g Edible quark (20 % fat in dry matter)
  • 100 g ripened cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly, place on a baking tray and cook in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ circulating air: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 1 1/4 hours

    Clean the radishes, setting aside 10 leaves. Wash the radishes and cut into slices. Cut cucumbers into short strips. Wash and chop the radish greens

  3. 3

    Mix quark, sour cream, radish, cucumber and radish green, except for something to sprinkle. Season to taste with salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Cut the finished potatoes crosswise and press them on. Arrange potatoes and quark and sprinkle with remaining radish green
