Clean the radishes, setting aside 10 leaves. Wash the radishes and cut into slices. Cut cucumbers into short strips. Wash and chop the radish greens
Mix quark, sour cream, radish, cucumber and radish green, except for something to sprinkle. Season to taste with salt and pepper
Cut the finished potatoes crosswise and press them on. Arrange potatoes and quark and sprinkle with remaining radish green
