Ingredients

  • 1 piece(s) (about 40 g) fresh ginger
  • 4 (approx. 500 g) Kiwis
  • 150 g Cucumber
  • 2 Apples (e.g. Granny Smith; approx. 200 g each)
  • 5–6 Mint leaves
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice

Directions

    Peel and finely grate the ginger. Peel kiwis and cut into pieces. Wash, clean and chop the cucumber. Peel, quarter and core apples and cut them into small pieces. Wash mint and dab dry. Blend everything in a blender with apple juice. Divide into 4 glasses with crushed ice and serve immediately
