Kiwi-Peach Breezer with green tea

Ingredients

  • 4 TSP green tea
  • 1 TEASPOON demerara sugar
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Peach halves
  • 4 ripe kiwis
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 small ripe bananas
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Put the tea and sugar in a tall mixing bowl. Boil 700 ml of water and pour it over. Leave tea to steep for about 4 minutes, then pour through a sieve and allow to cool. Drain the peaches in a sieve. Peel and chop the kiwis. Squeeze lemon.

    Peel and halve bananas. Puree bananas, peaches, lemon juice and 2/3 of the green tea. Puree the kiwis and the remaining tea. First pour peach juice into 4 glasses, then carefully add kiwi juice. Decorate with mint stems.

    Wait 20 minutes until the smoothie can be served.
