Peel the mangos, cut the flesh from the stone and cut into large pieces. Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed and cut into coarse pieces. Put the mango, orange and almond paste into the blender and puree finely, chill.
Peel and slice the kiwis. Spread kiwi slices into the inside of the bowl. Coarsely chop the pistachios. Add the orange and mango mixture to the peel. Sprinkle with pistachios and chia seeds.
