Ingredients

  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 75 ml Oil
  • 300 ml Kefir
  • 275 g + 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 heaped Tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Baking soda
  • 150 g frozen mixed berries
  • 1 TABLESPOON cherry jam
  • 1 TABLESPOON Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm
  • 7-10 Tbsp Paper forms

Directions

    Cream egg, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Gradually stir in the oil and kefir. Mix 275 g flour, baking powder and baking soda and stir in briefly. Mix 3 tablespoons of berries with jam, set aside. Dust remaining berries with 2 tablespoons of flour and fold into the dough. Place 2 paper cups in the recesses of each muffin tray (12 troughs).

    Spread the dough in them. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Spread the berry mixture set aside on the muffins 5 minutes before the end of the baking time. Let cool for 10 minutes, remove from the trays. Leave to cool for about 1 hour. Dust with icing sugar and decorate with melissa
