Kasseler on braised vegetables (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 160 g small peeled potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 30 g cleaned mushrooms
  • 175 g cleaned Chinese cabbage
  • 1 (approx. 60 g) cleaned tomato
  • 1 (approx. 175 g) Kasseler cutlet
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chervil

Directions

    Wash the potatoes, cut them in half and boil them in a little salted water for about 20 minutes. Halve the mushrooms. Cut Chinese cabbage into large pieces. Wash and halve the tomato and put 2 fine slices aside for garnishing. Cut the rest into small cubes.

    Wash the cutlet and dab dry. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the cutlet for 1-2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Push the cutlet aside in the pan. Add potatoes, mushrooms and Chinese cabbage and fry for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in the diced tomatoes at the end.
