Ingredients

  • 1 red and yellow pepper
  • 1 Courgette
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 300 g Salsicce (Italian fennel sausage)
  • 50 g Arugula
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml each) Artichoke Hearts
  • 40 g Parmesan (piece)
  • 1 Ciabatta (about 400 g)
  • 120 g red pesto (glass)

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop the peppers and zucchini. Fry in 2 tablespoons of hot oil for about 5 minutes. Peel garlic, chop and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper, take out. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in the frying fat. Press the sausage meat from the skin into the oil and fry for approx. 8 minutes until crumbly.

    Sort the arugula, wash and drain. Halve the artichokes. Slice the cheese. Cut bread in half lengthwise, spread with pesto. Cover with rocket, vegetables, salsicce and cheese. Put bread lid on top and cut into 4 equal pieces.
