Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Pour 4 pers
  • 4 boules de sorbet framboises
  • 4 boules de sorbet abricot
  • 1 mangue
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 pêche
  • 20 cl de lait de coco
  • 4 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 citron vert

    1 Wash the lemon and finely grate the zest. Mix coconut milk, zest and caster sugar.

    2 Wash and dry the peach and cut it into fine quarters. Peel and cut the banana into thin slices.

    3 Ouvrez la mangue, pelez-la et coupez-la en lamelles

    4 Spread flavoured coconut milk in the bottom of 4 verrines or bowls. Add 1 scoop of raspberry sorbet and 1 scoop of apricot. Add the fruit and serve immediately.
