  • 25 ml Irish whiskey
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 50 g Whipped cream
  • 100 ml hot coffee

Directions

    Pour whiskey and sugar into the glass and mix well. Whip the cream with the whisks of the hand mixer until half firm. Fill whiskey with coffee. Fill the cream carefully on top. Serve immediately
