Hummus with sesame

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml each) Chick peas
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 150 g white tehin paste (sesame paste; glass; Turkish grocery store)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame seed
  • 7-10 Tbsp Coriander

Directions

    Drain the chickpeas, rinse well and drain. Peel garlic and chop finely. Puree the chickpeas, garlic, Tehin paste, 4 tbsp. oil with a blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Fold in half the sesame seeds

    Drizzle the remaining sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon of oil over it and garnish with coriander. Roasted bread tastes good with it
