Hot cider with orange

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1000 ml Cider
  • 70 g Cane sugar (who likes)
  • 3 piece(s) Cloves (whole)
  • 2 piece(s) Cinnamon sticks
  • 3 Disc/s Orange

Directions

    Bring approx. 200 ml cider with the sugar, orange slices and spices to the boil in a saucepan and let it simmer covered for 30 minutes.

    Then add the rest of the cider to the spice stock and heat it up to about 80°, do not boil any more.

  3. 3

    Pour with a sieve into apple wine glasses or mulled wine glasses and enjoy hot.
