Ingredients

  • 100 g Arugula
  • 1 large Mango
  • 1 large Lemon
  • 1 some Ginger
  • 1 large Kiwi
  • 200 ml Water

Directions

    Wash the arugula. Peel and chop the mango and kiwi. Peel the ginger and grate a little bit in the blender. . Peel the lemon and remove as much of the white skin as possible.

    Put the fruit and vegetables into the blender together with the water until everything is well chopped and creamy. The fruity and tart smoothie is ready!
