  • 1 handful Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 piece(s) Avocado
  • 1 piece(s) Apples
  • 1 piece(s) Peach
  • 3 splashes Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon, gestr. Chia seeds
  • 80 ml Spring water

    First wash the fruit and vegetables, cut them up roughly and remove the seeds from the stone fruit

    Put all ingredients with 80 ml water into the blender jug and mix briefly using the "Green Smoothie" automatic button - ready. The consistency is very fine and fibre-free.
