Ingredients

  • 3 Apricots
  • 100 ml Peach juice
  • 150 ml Water
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Chia-Gel

Directions

    Halve the apricots and remove the seeds. Place in blender jug with juice, water and chia gel.

    Puree with the smoothie program.

    For Chia-Gel, put 15g of chia seeds in 125ml of water and let it swell for 15 minutes. Keep the rest of the Chia-Gel in the refrigerator and use it up in a few days.
