Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 2 handful Wild herbs (bugle, raspberry leaves, woodruff, goutweed, dandelion, ribwort, deadnettle etc)
  • 1 small Banana
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cashew nuts
  • 250 ml Seltzer

Directions

  1. 1

Many people don't even know that the plants growing right in front of their doorstep are full of phytochemicals, many times more so than in spinach, kale and co. In spring you can pick your own salads in the forest and on the meadow and do something really good for your body! For this bioactive Powersmoothie you roughly chop the collected stems and leaves and put all ingredients together in the blender. Puree for half a minute at level 2 or the automatic "Green Smoothie" level.

  2. 2

The whole thing can be decorated with bugle blossoms or dandelion blossoms. This bittersweet smoothie tastes even better chilled, so it is best to use very cold seltzer. And then you start the day filled to the brim with bioactive substances :-)
