Summer Splash Smoothie at Russell Hobbs

Ingredients

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 500 g Raspberries
  • 150 ml Juice of a pressed pomegranate
  • 150 ml Coconut milk
  • 50 ml Water
  • 1 handful Ice cube

Directions

    Squeeze 2 pomegranates (you can also take the seeds, but they disturb the smoothie)

    Wash the strawberries and raspberries and mix in the Performance Pro using the Smoothie button for approx. 30 seconds until a fine, creamy fruit puree is obtained

    Add the pomegranate juice and ice cubes through the filling opening in the lid and mix again for 20 seconds, finally add the coconut milk and mix for another half minute in "smoothie" mode.

    Ready - a wonderfully refreshing, chilled summer smoothie that is not too sweet.
