Ingredients

  • 200 g Yoghurt cream cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON Horseradish (glass)
  • 3-4 Stem(s) dill, salt, pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 100 g Smoked salmon in thin slices
  • 12 wholemeal bread or pumpernickel thaler (roll)
  • 7-10 Tbsp untreated slices of lemon

Directions

    Mix cream cheese and horseradish in a bowl. Wash the dill, shake well dry and chop finely, except for a little to garnish. Stir the chopped dill into the cream cheese cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice

    Spread the salmon, except for one slice, over the breadsticks. Spray the cream on it or put it on as a blob. Cut the remaining slice of salmon into strips or cubes. Garnish the bread taler with salmon, remaining dill and lemon slices
