Whip the cream with the whisk of the hand mixer until stiff, carefully letting the condensed milk run in. Add honey and 1/2 tsp salt and stir again. Pour the cream-milk mixture into an ovenproof dish and place in the freezer for 5-6 hours.
Roughly chop the chocolate flakes. Mix cornflakes and chocolate flakes together. Remove the mould from the freezer. Cut out balls and sprinkle with the flakes mixture.
