Herring in Curry-Dill-Crème

Ingredients

  • 250 g Apples
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1-2 medium-sized onions
  • 4 Bismarck herrings
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 50 g Whipped cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, some sugar

    Wash, core and dice apples. Sprinkle with lemon. Peel onions and cut into fine rings. Cut herrings into pieces
