Wash the dill, dab dry and chop. Whisk eggs and milk. Add dill and season with salt and pepper. Melt the fat in a pan. Add egg mixture and let it set at medium heat. Push together in between. Toast slices of bread.
Clean, wash and dab dry the salad. Cover four slices of bread with salad. Spread scrambled eggs on top. Sprinkle with prawns. Place the remaining slices of bread on top. Cut the sandwiches diagonally. Garnish as you like with dill and lemon wedges
