Wash the potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Quench, cool. Peel and slice the potatoes. Wash tomatoes, cut into eighths. Peel onions, cut into rings
Bring 2 vinegar, 4-5 tablespoons water, onions, salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar to the boil. Pour hot over the potatoes. Fold in tomatoes. Allow to soak well
Wash the basil and chives and chop finely. Knead with minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs and mustard, season. Form small meatballs from it. Fry in hot oil at medium heat for 8-10 minutes
Wash and chop the parsley. Mix with yoghurt and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and some sugar. Mix into the potatoes. Arrange potato salad and meatballs and garnish
